I love being a wife to my husband and mother to our two children. I cherish my daily runs in this glorious state. I also enjoy exercising, yoga, weight lifting, reading, time with our family and church activities.

I believe that the relationship between physician and patient should be a partnership. My goal is to help guide patients to be the most healthful that they can be at each stage of life through education about prevention, disease management, and acute ill.
