Prescription Refills
If you need a prescription refilled, please call your pharmacist, who will then contact our office. Non-urgent prescription refills take three business days to process. We are unable to process refills after 4p.m.

Referrals
Most insurance companies require that patients be seen first by their primary care physician before requesting a referral to a medical specialist or other medical provider. Please allow three working days for our referral coordinator to process your non-urget referral.
Financial arrangements
Payment is expected at the time of service. If you have special needs or questions regarding your bill, please contact our billing office.
